We collect account information you provide (such as name and email), usage and activity data related to your use of the service, and technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.
With your permission, we may collect your approximate location to help our team understand where users access AimDrive and to display aggregated location information in internal analytics (for example, city and country next to a user email for authorized administrators).
You can deny browser location permission; we will then rely on IP-based estimation where permitted.
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our cookie consent banner. See also our Master Services Agreement.
We use collected information to provide and improve the service, support users, maintain security, perform internal analytics, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes, including location data updated on the schedule described above.
